Is Meetsched free?
Yes — the Free plan is genuinely useful and ad-free, covering up to 5 active polls with 25 participants each. Need more? Pro is $5/month (or $48/year) for unlimited polls, participants, calendar sync, and more. New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required.
How is this different from Doodle or When2meet?
Cleaner interface, better mobile support, and no ads — at half the price of Doodle. Participants don't need an account and can change their own answer later, your data is hosted in the EU, and we never mine or sell it. Create a poll in under a minute.
Do participants need to create an account?
No. They just need the poll link to vote. This makes it easy for external clients and team members to participate.
Can I integrate with my calendar?
Everyone can export meetings as .ics files for Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app. Pro adds Google Calendar sync: connect your Google account, then add an event to a separate "Meetsched" calendar in Google Calendar from the event page.
Is my data secure?
Everything is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), the app and its database are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), and we never share your data with third parties. Paid plans fund our privacy-first infrastructure, not shareholders. You can download your account data or delete your account from Settings anytime.
What happens to my data over time?
Closed polls are kept for 90 days after they close on Free, 1 year on Pro, and 2 years on Team. After that they're archived, never without an email listing exactly which polls at least 7 days ahead. Open polls and events are never archived. When you delete a poll, it leaves your dashboard and its public link stops working right away. Settings lets you download your account data or delete your account, and Pro adds CSV export of each poll's responses. Want your data removed entirely? Email rudi@rudidev.no.
